[Features and Advantages of EPOCA]
Treated waste is odor and germ-free.
Treated product becomes odor and germ-free in an incinerator with high temperatures and pressure. Infectious waste from hospitals can be treated safely.

Creating something out of nothing
Increasing investment efficiency
Since the treated product is odor and germ-free, it can be used in a variety of ways to produce secondary manufactured goods. A wide range of recycled products can be produced by adding materials to treated product and using various processing methods. Commercializing these products and selling raw materials will increase profitability as well as contribute to the creation of a recycling-based society.
[Examples of commercial products]
- Organic fertilizer
- Feed
- Pet food
- Snow-melting agent
- Plastic raw materials
- Wood substitutes, etc.
*Treated product that does not need to be commercialized as products are treated as general waste. |
Safety-conscious design
Every detail of the system is designed based on safety. The system even includes an incinerator resisting an atmospheric pressure of 30. It passed four difficult process tests material test, groove test, x-ray examination and pressure test designated by the Labour Standards Bureau.
Space saving and low-cost design
Operating procedure consists of four simple processes of waste input, pressurization/water supply, drying and removal. The number of operators required for this cycle is at least two including a boiler engineer.
Since treated product residues are odor and germ-free, there is no need to secure a specific site for installation . In addition, a spacious site is not required because of its simple structure.
* Based on calculations of the annual costs of contracting out waste treatment for an average supermarket, the costs for purchasing and installing the system will be recovered within several years; thus the contracting costs can be drastically reduced. |
