Vapor and pressure
With a simple idea, the entire process of waste treatment is reviewed.
This system decomposes waste using saturation vapor pressure with a temperature of 230° C and an atmospheric pressure of 30. This is an unconventional method in which pressure is increased and water is supplied. Since it does not involve combustion, polluting the air with toxic substances such as dioxins is avoided and there are no negative effects on the environment.
The method of increasing pressure and supplying water also makes mixed waste treatment possible.
Waste from meat, fish and vegetables and other kitchen refuse, packing materials, cardboard, PET bottles and styrofoam can be mixed and treated together.
*For certain types of secondary manufactured goods, treatment after separating food waste from plastics will result in the production of high-quality recycled products.
Note: Ferrous metals, glass, ceramics and rubber cannot be treated
